1. Appointment Reservations

• Advance Booking: We recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and service. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
• Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with your appointment details. Please review it to ensure accuracy.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late Cancellations: Cancelling within 24 hours incurs a 100% charge of the service fee.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a 50% charge. If you cancel the rescheduled appointment, the full amount will be charged.
• No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

3. Late Arrivals

• Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and enjoy a moment of relaxation before your treatment.
• Impact on Service: If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next guest. The full service fee will still apply.

4. Payment Methods

• Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
• Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the service price but is appreciated for excellent service.

5. Health and Safety

• Vegan Products Only: We are committed to using only vegan and cruelty-free products in all of our treatments. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities when booking your appointment.
• Sanitation: Your health and safety are our top priority. We follow strict sanitation protocols in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

6. Personal Belongings

• Valuables: Please leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during your visit.
• Personal Items: For your convenience, we provide lockers for your personal belongings during your visit.

7. Age Policy

8. Gift Cards and Vouchers

• Redemption: Gift cards and vouchers can be redeemed for services or products. They are not redeemable for cash.
• Expiration: Please note the expiration date on your gift card or voucher. Expired cards and vouchers will not be honored.
