Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking ahead to guarantee your preferred time, especially at weekends. You can book online, by phone, or in person at either spa.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged the full treatment value - see our full policies for details.
Are your products really 100% vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, every product used in every treatment at both our Brighton and Hove spas is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. No exceptions.
Is there a discount for first-time visitors?
Yes - new clients get 20% off their first treatment. See our first-treatment discount page for details.
Do you have locations in both Brighton and Hove?
Yes. Our original spa is on Trafalgar Street in Brighton, and we opened a second location at Seven Temples in Hove in April 2026.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes - instant e-vouchers are available online for any treatment or value, and physical vouchers can be purchased in spa. Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
